Siphon

Well this took awhile.

Here's Siphon, a not-quite pyrokinetic. Rather than controlling fire, she instead gathers ambient thermal and kinetic energy, which can then be released in the form of whatever she likes. She can gather heat over the course of a sunny day and use it to turn an area into a burning inferno, or gather the momentum of a wind gust and concentrate it into a dense bullet of force. Pretty sweet if you ask me.
